- I am owner of the Albany Center for Real Estate Education, a New York–licensed proprietary school. My school offers all of the New York online licensure courses as well as continuing education. I am also owner of Cram for Exam.com, a website that provides practice real estate exams for New York and New Jersey. I am a real estate author and have written many textbooks and exams guides for licensure in New York and New Jersey.
